All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, screenshots, and code — is the property of Landworks Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Project names, product names, and logos displayed on the Site (including meScanner, meJobSiteLog, meVidiReview, AppMediaForge, meYouTubeDownloader, and meAudioEditor) are trademarks or trade names of Landworks Services LLC.

When you submit information through our contact form (name, email, company, message), you grant us permission to use that information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential projects, and communicate with you about our services. We handle this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. SMS Marketing Terms and Conditions

Program Description

The CNERD SMS Marketing Program is operated by Landworks Services LLC. If you expressly opt in, you may receive recurring marketing text messages from CNERD about our products, professional services, company news, events, and promotions. Messages may be sent using an automated system through Mailchimp and its messaging providers.

Consent and Eligibility

You may opt in through a CNERD or Mailchimp SMS sign-up form or another process that clearly asks for your consent to receive marketing text messages. Consent to receive SMS marketing is separate from email consent and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or have the account holder's permission to enroll that number.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. CNERD and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out and Help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a CNERD marketing text. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which you will no longer receive marketing texts from that program unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, email support@cnerd.us, or call (716) 970-4000. If a message cannot receive replies, use the unsubscribe link included in the message.

Privacy and Program Changes

We process your mobile number, consent record, and related messaging information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or these SMS terms at any time. Any material update will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, app stores, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to CNERD (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
