Use these installers only when a CNERD technician asks you to start a support session. Download the right package for your computer, install it, then share the ID and one-time password shown in the app.

Starting a support session

  1. Download the Windows or Mac support package above.
  2. On Windows, open the ZIP and double-click Double-Click-to-Install-CNERD-RemoteSupport.cmd.
  3. On Mac, use the Terminal instructions below to run the shell script.
  4. If your computer asks for permission, allow the installer to run so RustDesk can be configured for CNERD support.
  5. Open CNERD Remote Support and give your technician the ID and one-time password shown on screen.

Mac security prompt

If macOS says it cannot verify the installer, click Done. Open Terminal, type bash with a space after it, drag Install-CNERD-RemoteSupport.sh from the ZIP folder into Terminal, then press Return. This runs the support setup without opening an unsigned script from Finder. If you typed the file path by itself and saw permission denied, run it again with bash before the path.
